Arabant Group Holdings (AGX) is an offshore holding entity established to passively hold controlling interests in securities and shares of assets from other accounts, organisations, and subsidiaries. It owns entities jointly and wholly to form a group.

While an offshore holding company can serve various purposes, AGX is not typically used as an active business entity. Instead, it is used to hold shares of its subsidiaries.

AGX functions as an offshore company and is not a separate corporate entity. Its structure is incorporated as an international business company (IBC) in an offshore jurisdiction.

The Group operates in several areas, including aviation and government affairs, business consulting, intellectual property management, private intermediary services, and philanthropy.

Air Mobility Group (AMG) is preparing to support the regulated air transport of high-value physical assets, including currency, diamonds, rare stones, and other classified commodities. This extends AMG’s existing mission profile capabilities and will be conducted under a compliance framework aligned with civil aviation, customs, licensing, and AML/CFT regulations.
