At ARABANT GROUP, we are committed to operating with discretion, integrity, and transparency. The following outlines the terms under which we provide our services, ensuring clarity for our members and compliance with global regulatory standards.


Description of Services

AMERA is a private members’ network offering:

  • Exclusive lifestyle services and curated luxury experiences.
  • Private aviation, yacht, and high-end mobility solutions.
  • Advisory, consulting, and asset management services.
  • Member privileges, including access to bespoke events and collaborations.
     

Memberships and services are billed through our platform. No physical goods are shipped unless expressly stated in connection with a promotional offering.


Transaction Currency

All transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollars). In certain regions, payments may be accepted in GBP, EUR, or AED, depending on regulatory requirements.

Refund Policy

  • Membership and service fees are non-refundable once activated.
  • Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate billing, processing error, or where legally required.
  • Requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the transaction date to: group@arabantgroup.com
     

Legal & Export Restrictions

Our services are not available in jurisdictions subject to international sanctions (including OFAC, HM Treasury/OFSI, and EU restrictions). We will not provide services that contravene applicable export control or financial sanctions regulations.


Privacy & Data Protection

We respect the privacy of our members and comply with data protection laws across the UK, EU, UAE, USA, Singapore, and Japan.

  • Data is collected solely for the provision of services.
  • Information is not sold or shared without consent.
  • Members may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting: group@arabantgroup.com.

Promotions

All promotional offers are exclusive to AMERA members and subject to availability.

  • Eligibility, duration, and terms are communicated at the time of promotion.
  • Offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
     

Payment Security

We use Stripe as our payment processor.

  • Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant.
  • All transactions are encrypted and secured via SSL.
  • AMERA does not retain or store full payment card details on its servers.
